Custom Chocolate Pieces
Information The following questions are essential prior to contacting us regarding custom chocolate pieces for an event such as a wedding or corporate occasion:
If your desire is to personalize a piece of chocolate with perhaps your name or some specific information, usually a mould is required to achieve this result. Costs range form several hundred dollars to several thousand. In general, since the costs associated with producing a specific mould with your desired information is higher than choosing a standard non personalized chocolate piece that represents a theme or idea, it is neither recommend or cost effective to produce a specific mould if your desired quantity is 100 pieces or less. |

ORDERING POLICY
Please Note: Once you place your order : All sales are final.
No exchanges, returns, allowances, or refunds will be accepted.
You may request additional quantities for your order. However,
you will not be able to cancel or reduce the quantity originally
purchased for any reason.

Products may not be exactly as shown on our Web site. Since we
make our products fresh everyday, some modifications or alterations
may be present on all products.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
The Chocolate Expressions team manufactures additional types
of items other than those viewed on our Web site. From custom
molds, to various shapes and designs, desserts such as our famous
petit fours and our chocolate fudge nut cookies, the Chocolate
Expressions team is able to provide you with great ideas for
any event or occasion.
PRICING POLICY
All prices are posted in Canadian dollars and approximate US
equivalency. Prices may change without notice. Additional taxes,
etc. may apply.
MODE OF PAYMENT
We accept three main credit cards: Master Card, VISA, American
Express. We also accept cash. For large orders Registered Cheques,
Company cheques and money/wire transfers are also accepted. However,
your order will not be prepared or shipped until we receive full
payment
TAXES, TARIFFS, DUTIES:
Please note appropriate taxes may apply to all orders
Ontario, Canada Provincial Sales tax: 8%
Federal Government Goods and Services Tax: 7%
All orders placed outside of Canada, and shipped out of country,
are not taxed at the 15% tax. However, Chocolate Expressions
is not responsible for any duties or tariffs imposed on your
order in other countries.
RATE OF EXCHANGE:
The rate of exchange varies daily. For example the US exchange
varies from $1.40-$1.59. We accept Master Card, VISA, American
Express cards only. Credit card companies offer the best rate
of exchange.

(9:30 AM-5:30 PM) Eastern Standard time. We are closed on all

SHIPPING POLICY #1
Chocolate Expressions is not responsible for shipping charges
related to breakage/spoilage or lost or stolen products, Acts
of God, or articles held for customs inspection.
SHIPPING POLICY#2
Chocolate Expressions will determine which carrier (UPS, FED-
EX, etc.) will be used, times in transit(level of service such
as:Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air etc.)
For orders of large quantity or size, ground transport carriers
such as Yellow or Roadway trucking Company will be used.
SHIPPING POLICY #3
Additional handling charges may be imposed if fragile items are
requested. This applies to insulated packages which are scheduled
to be shipped into warm climates such as California.
SHIPPING POLICY #4
In addition to policy #1, please note certain products viewed
on our Web site may be fragile. Chocolate Expressions will not
be liable for damage claims on your product(s). However, for
large quantity orders, Chocolate Expressions will ship additional
quantities of your product(s) at no extra charge.
TIMES/NUMBER OF DAYS IN TRANSIT
Chocolate Expressions will determine which level of service is
necessary to ship your product(s). Generally speaking, all US
east coast orders take approximately 2-5 days in transit and
all US West coast order take approximately 4-7 days. However,
please read the content in Shipping Policy #1 as we are not responsible
for your order once it leaves FOB 80 King Street, Corbloc Mall,
St. Catharines.
PRODUCT ORDERING
Generally, all in-store stock orders are shipped within 2-5 days
of receipt of your order. However this may vary, especially,
during the holiday season(s).
All custom , wedding, or large quantity orders require 8-10 weeks
notice. Please give additional time during any holiday season.
CHOCOLATE DIPPED STRAWBERRIES POLICY #1
CHOCOLATE EXPRESSIONS IS UNABLE TO INSURE, REFUND, EXCHANGE OR
RETURN ANY PERISHABLE FRUIT SUCH AS OUR CHOCOLATE DIPPED STRAWBERRIES,
EITHER WITH OR WITHOUT GRAND MARNIER, DUE TO SPOILAGE OR BREAKAGE
OR ARTICLES HELD FOR CUSTOMS INSPECTIONS. CHOCOLATE EXPRESSIONS
ALWAYS INCLUDES EXTRA PROIDUCTS FOR ALL SUCH ORDERS WITHOUT ADDED
COSTS.
CHOCOLATE DIPPED STRAWBERRIES POLICY #2
Unless specified, for the purposes of shipping, Grand Marnier
alcohol will not be included in chocolate dipped strawberries.

RESALE
Wholesale pricing may be supplied confidentially upon request.
Please have your PST or your state sales tax exemption certification
ready when you speak to our representatives.
